GENERAL SPORTSBOOK BONUS RULES

1. Sportsbook bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to bypass this restriction may result in forfeiture of winnings, account suspension, and exclusion from future bonuses.

2. Players from certain restricted countries are not eligible for sportsbook bonuses, as specified in the promotional terms.

3. Sportsbook bonuses are activated by meeting specific criteria, including making a qualifying deposit, placing eligible bets, or using a promotion code provided in the promotional details.

4. Bonuses may not be combined or stacked with other offers unless expressly permitted.

5. By claiming a bonus, the player agrees to comply with the specific terms and conditions associated with that promotion, which are available on the bonus card or promotional page.

6. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and restrictions on eligible sports events as defined in the specific bonus terms.

7. Bets that are cashed out, refunded, or canceled do not count toward fulfilling turnover or eligibility requirements.

8. Bonuses have a defined validity period, generally three (3) days from issuance, unless otherwise specified. Bonuses not used or with unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire and be removed from the account.

9. Bonus funds are maintained separately from the player’s real balance and cannot be manually canceled. They do not interfere with withdrawals from the real balance.

10. Any form of bonus abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

11. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: colluding with other individuals or groups to exploit bonuses; using false or stolen identities or creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage; and exploiting website or software errors, including intentionally causing malfunctions to manipulate bonuses.

12. Violations of bonus rules may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, as well as suspension or termination of the player’s account.

13. In the event of conflicting rules, the following order of precedence applies: (i) specific bonus terms and conditions, (ii) these sportsbook bonus terms and conditions, and (iii) general bonus terms and conditions of the platform.

14. Freebets may be issued as part of a promotional bonus in three types:

• OnlyWin: Only net winnings are credited; the stake is not returned.
• AllWin: If the bet is won, both the stake and winnings are credited.
• NoRisk: The stake is refunded as real cash if the bet loses.

15. Freebets cannot be split or used in portions, and the Cash Out feature is not available.

16. Canceled or voided Freebets are considered used and will not be reissued. Freebets do not contribute to wagering requirements of other bonuses and are not considered qualifying bets for other promotions.

17. The platform reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel any bonus offer or its associated terms at any time. Activated bonuses remain valid under their original terms, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

SPORTS CASHBACK

1. Sports Cashback is credited as real cash with no wagering requirements once activated.

3. The Sports Cashback rate is:

• 2% for non-VIP and Iron players
• 3% for VIP players from Bronze level and above

4. Sports Cashback is calculated based on sports betting activity only over the previous week.

5. The calculation formula is: (Total sports bets – total winnings) × applicable cashback percentage.

6. Only real-money bets placed without any active bonuses are included in the calculation.

7. Only settled bets placed between Tuesday and Monday are counted for that week’s cashback.

8. Cancelled, annulled, cashed-out, or void bets do not qualify for Sports Cashback.

9. Sports Cashback is credited to eligible players’ accounts every Tuesday at 01:00 UTC.

10. Once credited, you have 2 days to activate your cashback in the Bonus tab of your Profile.

11. If the cashback is not activated within this period, it will expire.
